Hygie is a solution born in 2018 from the collaboration between Hygiene and food safety consultants, catering experts and restaurateurs who joined the test program from the launch of the first version of the application.
The Hygie solution is aimed both at restaurateurs and collective kitchens, but also at butcher shops, hotel complexes, restaurant chains and any other food profession.
